Nov. 2 House Concert with Bryan Bowers

A house concert with our friend Bryan Bowers from Seattle, Washington is always a welcomed tradition.  We’re fortunate that he’s heading our way this season as he makes another east coast tour. We know you’ll enjoy spending an evening with this charismatic musician in an intimate living room setting.  Bryan has a dynamic, outgoing personality and an uncanny ability to enchant a crowd in practically any situation. His towering six foot four inch frame can be wild and zany on stage while playing a song like Dixie and five minutes later he can have the same audience singing Will The Circle Be Unbroken in quiet reverence and delight.

For nearly three decades, Bryan Bowers has been to the autoharp what Earl Scruggs is to the fivestring banjo.
The  Washington Times echoes what many of us already know: “This man makes more music from an Autoharp than you can imagine from a 12-string guitar and a harpsichord combined.  He has more stage presence and charisma than any stage performer in recent memory.”

Concert time is 7 PM. We have limited seating so make your plans now to attend! Reserve your place by emailing Fisk and Carole Outwater at coutwater@carolina.rr.com or call us at 704-365-2745. Our address is 1319 Greylyn Drive, Charlotte, NC 28226. We “pass the hat” rather than charging an admission fee; most people put in $10-12.  Light snacks will be provided.
